Executive Director - Day Camp
Mrs. LuAnn Romano, an experienced elementary school classroom teacher, has worked at the camp for more than 25 years. She has been the Director since 2002.
Assistant Camp Director - Day Camp
Mr. Pat Romano is a recreational coach and has been the on-site Director for several years.
Day Camp Counseling Staff
The staff is composed of elementary school teachers, college students and high school students.
Director - Field Hockey Camp
John Keating is a Physical Education Teacher and Coach with 35 years of experience. He has been the Harding Township School Head Field Hockey Coach for the past 20 years. His teams have won 12 county championships and had 10 undefeated seasons. He has sent many players on to successful college and high school careers at Madison High School and many private schools. 22 former players have been named to the New Jersey All-State Field Hockey team 30 different times, including the 2007 and 2008 State Player of the Year. Players coming from the Harding program are among the leading scorers in state and county history.
Associate Director - Field Hockey Camp
Tracy Longo is the former Assistant Field Hockey coach at the Harding Township School, and coached at Morristown prior to that. She is a former Science teacher who is now a Guidance Counselor at Boonton Middle School. She played field hockey for four years at Whippany Park High School where she was the captain of her varsity team, and played on several club teams during college. She has also officiated at the middle school level.
